Positive: I recently stayed at Echarm Plus in Hangzhou, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The lobby is modern and stylish, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The bed was cozy, and everything was spotless! Highly recommended!
